A playlist to heal, empower,
and celebrate us, because
we Black every day!

"It's time to
Reclaim our power
Rewrite our past
Rebuild our future
For Black lives will last"
curated by Hrblgy

05 JULY 2021 │ 70 min. listen

Our fifth Digital Sound Bath is a very special one created to heal, empower, and celebrate us, because we Black every day! It's set up like a mixtape, meant to return us to a sound and sovereign state, mind, body, and soul. "Side A" is nine songs for recognition and relief; song ten is an instrumental intermission; and "Side B" is nine songs for recharging and reclamation. (The playlist features a track by our Sage contributor Mel Chanté, whose lovely poetry excerpts on healing you should check out here!) So whichever you need—a healing salve to soothe, activating energy to power up, or if you're looking for both—we are here to carry you through with this one. Because our lives matter, 24/7, 365 days a year ✊🏾
